About
Jeff Rambin practices in Tyler, Texas. His focus is on motions and appeals. Among other achievements, he has successfully attacked an expert offering testimony on the cause of brain cancer (and made it stick on appeal), has protected a client’s confidential documents via a mandamus proceeding in the Texas Supreme Court, and has obtained the entry of a Lone Pine discovery order that resulted in the dismissal of a toxic tort case over diesel fumes. He has handled cases from El Paso, to Perryton, to Rio Grande City to Beaumont. His background is in product liability defense. After being sought out by a plaintiff's counsel for help in briefing a non-products matter, Jeff decided to broaden his client base from product liability to a general appellate and motions practice.Practice Areas
